Terms of Service

  • You MUST be 18+ to commission NSFW art.

  • Any personal information displayed should not be disclosed anywhere from both parties (customer and artist).

  • Don't rush me. It will lower the quality of the artwork. If you have a deadline, please let me know before hand, and I will do my best to get it done by then (if possible).

  • Please be aware that I may have some delays due to random circumstances (we are all humans after all). In case of a delay, I will let you know. If you think you can't wait any extra time, do not commission me. It will save us time and stress.

  • After payment, allow 1-2 weeks (on average) to receive a sketch (subject to vary depending on the current amount of commissions). I may send more sketches if some changes are made.

  • Please be patient; my deadline is 1 month or so (subject to vary). Keep that in mind before you commission me.

  • I will only send sketches as updates (for regular drawings); after the sketching phase, the customer will only receive the final product. Otherwise, I will send any changes or updates if needed.

  • I will only accept big changes during the sketching phase. After the commission is done, I will accept small changes, such as color changes or other small details (some with a fee depending on what it is), unless I forget something.

  • If you really want your commission to skip the queue and be done ASAP, you must pay a $20-$40 USD fee.

  • Cancellations don't apply after the commission has been finished.

I WILL Draw

  • Furry

  • Anime Characters

  • Any creature that I can possibly draw, just need to ask!

  • NSFW.

  • Simple armor and weapons.

  • Simple and slightly detailed backgrounds.

  • Soft gore (blood).

I will NOT Draw

  • Highly complex and very detailed backgrounds

  • Hate art (racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc.)

  • Mechas/Robots

  • Heavily detailed objects.

  • Over the top gore.

  • These fetishes: Diaper, Cub, Scat, Incest.

Payment

Either 100% (preferred) or 50% of the price must be paid in advance for me to start. If half is paid first, I will put a "NOT FULLY PAID" watermark over the drawing and lower the resolution to 72 dpi and send it as a.jpg until I receive the other half.

  • Commission prices shown DO NOT include PayPal fees. Please keep that in mind before commissioning me.

  • Commission prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

  • If you live in another country and you wish to commission me, please look up the conversion of your currency to USD in advance.

Cancellation

  • If I (artist) cancel the commission for whatever reason, you (customer) will get a full refund. However, you will not receive a drawing.

  • If you decide to cancel the commission before the drawing is too advanced, you'll receive a full refund. Otherwise, you'll be charged for the tier it was left on (lineart, flat color, etc.), and the remaining funds will be refunded.

  • Cancellations don't apply after the commission has been finished.

  • If you attempt to get a refund after the commission has been finished and delivered to you, I will blacklist you from future commissions, and I will warn others about you. You will also lose all rights to the commissions, and any contracts (in case of commercial art) will be void, and I will take legal action against you.

Artwork Licensing

Artist's Rights:

  • I (the artist) reserve all the rights to the artworks I make with the exception of the character designs from the customers or other fan characters/franchises.

  • You may NOT claim any artwork I've created as created by you.

  • I own all marketing rights for the artwork commissioned unless it is sold through a license agreement (contract).

  • Removing, cropping, covering, or editing the watermark/signature in any way shape or form is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstance. (Commercial art will not have a watermark.).

  • You may NOT resell any commissions done for you. Any artwork you commission is for your use only, unless there is another person's character involved or a collaboration payment. In that case, only the people involved in the artwork are allowed to use it under the customer rights guideline.

  • You may NOT post or use any artwork on my galleries or website that was not commissioned by you unless you have permission from the person who commissioned it (no payment involved).

  • If you break any of these terms, I will blacklist you from future commissions and warn others about you.

Customer's Rights:

  • You may upload the artwork on any social media/galleries/gaming platform as long as there is proper credit and links to my galleries or website and my signature/watermark has not been tampered in any way.

  • If you wish to sell the art on any medium or in any way, you must pay +300% of the original price. If the artwork is $100, then the total is $400

  • If you don't want me to post a NSFW commission on my galleries or website, I will respect your wish.

  • You may use my art to promote yourself in any way (as long as it does not involve hate or any type of malicious intent). However, you may not sell anything with my art on it unless you have a license (contract) with the rights of ownership.

  • You may allow others to use the artwork you commission as long as it is not a paid agreement.

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to all the terms mentioned above. If you violate any of the terms a maximum of 3 times, I reserve the right to blacklist you. (It will depend on the severity of the violations).
